Spacious room, quiet, comfortable bed and pillow. Breakfast is good - a wide choice of food. Excellent location - across the street park "window to the world" and metro station (direct line to the airport).

At a check-in they took a deposit of $100 per room. The shower cabin was not cleaned, which is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room price included breakfast, we came an hour before the end of breakfast, there was water flowing from the coffee machine, I could not get the staff to fill it, they nod and say "now we'll do everything" but the result is no. At 10.20 a.m. an employee comes up and says the restaurant is about to close. This is done very politely, but before, even in the simplest hotels, I have not encountered that the guests are not allowed to safely eat breakfast. We drove out in the morning before the restaurant opened, so we asked for breakfast with us. What we were given was like a pathetic meal: 3 small buns, a banana and yogurt, a bottle of water.

European themed hotel with beautiful decor. Great for small group events. Easy access to metro and shopping mall. Friendly, English-speaking staff. Nice rooms, amazing views, delicious food.

Very spacious hotel. Large hall with armchairs, cafeteria with tables and sofas. Pleasant finish in warm marble tones. Distinguished porter. At the reception, the number of managers always exceeds the number of clients (indeed in the middle of January). There are 6 elevators working, so there are no problems with transportation to the room. Breakfast is varied, there are Chinese and European cuisine. There is plenty of room in the restaurant. In the evening visited an Italian restaurant on the 2nd floor. The dishes are quite edible, taking into account the Chinese specifics. A little surprised by the absence of visitors, perhaps not the season. The bar was working properly, poured "like a machine gun". The waiters rushed to the visitors at first sight. Anyway, it was a very decent business class. It's a little short on the suite, so it's not an option for those who like it more than money.

The room has a carpet on the floor. He accidentally dropped an item of clothing and was surprised to see a giant number of lint on it. I couldn't find any brushes. I had to do a manual trimming. The room was caught overlooking the pool. There were several hundred Chinese hanging out there in the evening, whether it was a New Year's corporate party or a wedding. When they got drunk and it happened very quickly, they started singing karaoke. I must have had a big nightmare only with a dentist of Soviet times with a drummer made on the Red Proletarian. Fortunately, they quickly got drunk and deflated. The Chinese managed in two hours, nothing to do with domestic drinking.

Helpful assistance in organizing special events. Lovely ambiance and romantic atmosphere. Fabulous pool with indoor and outdoor options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Shenzhen and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great view of the city. The highlight of my stay was the incredible dinner I had at the hotel's Blue restaurant. The seafood platter was to die for, and the service provided by Giuseppe, the manager, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was memorable, and his knowledge of wines was impressive. The hotel also had a large pool with indoor and outdoor areas, as well as a spa and gym. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring our room was always tidy. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shopping and attractions like the Window of the World. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Good services, good facilities (gym, restaurants, etc). Good staff. Big shopping-mall 3 mins walking distance (gifts for the family).

Bed was too hard. Room was big, but carpet was very dirty (stains). A lot of noise from the street.

Architect of hotel is well designed with feel of Rome culture

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was not only friendly, but also attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Additionally, the location was convenient for getting taxis and exploring the city, with a shopping mall nearby.

The hotel had a very nice and welcoming lobby. The swimming pool, both indoor and outdoor, was gorgeous and well-maintained. The hotel offered a good variety of food options with its selection of restaurants. The bar and disco pub on the 3rd floor, which was also connected to the swimming pool, was very nice. The rooms were comfortable and provided a pleasant stay.

The rooms showed signs of aging and could benefit from a refresh, such as new carpets and furniture. The food at the hotel was overpriced, which was a downside for guests on a budget.
